ENTRY FEE

$70 per player billed to your account.  Includes breakfast, lunch and prizes.  Overall Winners and Flight Winners receive pro shop credit.

 

FORMAT

2-Man Team - Pick your partner.

Modified Stableford Points based on the quota of the 2-man team:  Each player will have a quota to reach based on their course handicap.  Subtract your course handicap from 36 to determine your individual quota.  The Team with the most points in relation to your combined team quota will determine the winner.

Example: 
Player A = +5 pts & Player B = +7 pts > Team Total = +12 pts

Points are awarded as follows:

  •  Bogey - 1pt

  •  Par - 2 pts

  •  Birdie - 4 pts

  •  Eagle - 6 points 
  •  Double Eagle - 16 points

 

Minimum of 7 points per player
No points awarded for a score of double bogey or worse

The pro shop will post each player’s score to GHIN.

 

PAYOUTS

The field will be divided into flights based on each team's combined handicap index.  The number of teams per flight will depend on participation. 

 

Flight Winners:  Prizes will be awarded to the top teams in each flight.  The number of places paid and amounts will depend on participation. 

 

Overall Winners:  The top teams overall will receive additional bonus payouts.  The number of places paid and amounts will depend on participation. 

 

All flight and overall winners receive pro shop credit.

 

Closest to Pin: A closest to the pin contest will be held on each par 3, the winner of each will receive $100 in cash.

 

ELIGIBILITY

The field will be held to a Maximum of 60 Teams.  The tournament is open to all MGA Members on a first come, first serve basis.  If you would like to play but do not have a partner, contact the pro shop to sign up as a single and they will try to match you with a partner.

 

PLAYER OF THE YEAR POINTS

Player of the Year points are awarded based on overall team finish. See the Player of the Year Policy for details on point allocation.
